Taking the first step towards therapy can feel like a big leap, and that’s okay. Whether you’re feeling a little nervous, unsure, or just curious, you're in the right place. This free introductory session is designed to be relaxed, supportive, and completely pressure-free.



What Happens After You Book?

Once you schedule your free discovery call, you’ll receive a confirmation via text or email with all the details you need. You decide if you prefer  phone or videocall.



What’s the Discovery Call  Like?

Think of this as a friendly chat, not a formal assessment. It’s a chance for us to get to know each other and for you to ask any questions you might have. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you hope to gain, and how I can support you. There’s no note-taking, no judgment, and absolutely no obligation to book further sessions unless and until you feel ready.

Many people feel unsure at first — wondering if therapy will really help, or fearing they’ll have to dive into difficult topics right away. Please know this is your space, your pace. We’ll move forward only if and when you feel comfortable.

If you feel ready to take that next step, we’ll talk about what the process might look like for you. I’ll offer an idea of how many sessions might be helpful, based on your goals and personal circumstances — but this is always flexible and open to review.

To make our work together more focused and effective, I’ll send you a short piece of 'homework' by email or phone — nothing too heavy, just a few reflective questions to help me better understand your situation. This gives you time to think things over, and it helps me tailor our sessions to your unique needs.
