During our introductory session we will have an informal chat to discuss how I can help you. No notes will be taken at this point and you are under no obligation to book a follow up session.
If you are ready to make that commitment to change, and are happy to take the next step, then I will be able to advise how many sessions you are likely to need, depending on your individual requirements and the level of work needed to be done!
You will be asked to book your first session a week later, in order to give you time to complete some 'homework' via email/phone which will enable me to gain further insight into your situation, helping me to plan our interventions more effectively.
