Hi, I’m Lynne


I’m a certified
NLP Master Practitioner and Life Coach with additional qualifications in BWRT®*, Clinical Hypnosis, and CBT/ACT training.  I bring a science-backed, compassionate approach to personal transformation.

With a background in language teaching and years of experience supporting both academic and emotional well-being, I’ve always been drawn to helping others grow.


My coaching journey began in schools, where I served as a Senior Coach—mentoring both students and staff in their personal and professional development.


I’ve also worked extensively in Special Educational Needs (SEN), supporting individuals with autism and moderate learning difficulties. These experiences have deepened my empathy and strengthened my ability to truly listen—skills at the heart of my practice today.


Beyond one-to-one coaching, I’m passionate about giving back to the community. I regularly run talks and workshops in the voluntary sector, both online and in person, reaching a wide range of groups and settings. From wellbeing initiatives to support for society’s most vulnerable, I’ve had the privilege of facilitating meaningful conversations and empowering people in diverse, often underserved, communities.


Since founding my private practice in 2018, I’ve helped clients navigate challenges such as:
